We send you a free gift that you can keep for ever and you sue the product and tell us about your experience so that we may serve you and other customers better in the future.

Rida.Rocks is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines why we send out free products and what we would like in return.

We want to make sure we are providing the best products to our customers, so we like to send out products to our customers for the purposes of testing and using those products for their intended purpose.

You get the products at no charge, we even ship them out to you at no cost to you, all we ask is that you use the product for its intended purpose and let us know your feedback so that we can determine if the product is a good fit for our store.

We want your honest feedback on the product you are testing, so we don’t mind if you provide us negative feedback on the item we have given you to test and use.

What do you want in return?

All we ask is that you give us some feedback on the product, thats it.

We truly want to serve our customers and we find the best way to do that is to invest in testing products that we stock in our store.

While many companies spend most of their marketing budget on advertising, we find that getting real customer feedback on the products we stock helps us serve our customers better by only stocking items people have said are of good quality and work as intended and are enjoyable.

It’s a great way for you to try our products, and its a great way for us to seek your feedback on items we stock.

What Type of products can we get for free?

This is at our discretion, our marketing department selects new products and in some cases existing products.

Can we keep the products?

Yes, absolutely, products we send out to you for testing are yours to keep for ever!

Any products we send out to you for the purposes of testing are yours to keep in accordance with the terms and conditions as set out on this page and  our website terms of service, and providing us information that we may ask for such as.

  • feedback on your experience
  • your rating of the product (1 to 5), 5 being excellent
  • how you tested the product
  • if you have similar products now or have had in the past
  • if you think the current price is reasonable
  • feedback on packaging
  • feedback on shipping such as time to delivery etc
  • and other relevant information we may ask to gauge your experience in using the product

Can we refund the item?

While the item is for you to keep, it is a gift from us in return for your honest feedback, you are not entitled to a refund.

The item is yours to keep and you may do what ever you wish with the item after you have provided us some feedback on its usage and your experience.

However, as you did not pay for the item, you will not be entitled to any such refund. You can return the item if you wish at your own cost.

However, from our experience, our customers love free gifts from us and are more than happy to provide us with some basic feedback to help us improve our store and serve customers like yourself better.

For items that you purchase, you may certainly request a refund, in accordance with our refund policy.

How do we provide feedback?

We will email you a link that you can click on fill in a form.

We keep this very simple, after the product has been delivered, you will receive an email from us requesting for feedback on the product we sent you for testing.

All you have to do is to click on the link in the email and complete the form.

The questions will be similar to what we have described above.

We ask that you be as honest as possible in your feedback on your experience with the product as your feedback will help us source better products and meet the demands of our customers.

Do we record who sent the feedback?

Yes, to enter in feedback you will have to login, and all customers have an account on our web site.

In order to be able to receive a free product for the purposes of testing and providing feedback, you must have purchased from our store and have a customer profile saved.

Therefore, when you provide feedback, you will have to login and complete the set of questions we ask via the form.

We record your details, so that if we have follow-up questions we may reach out to you and clarify some of the feedback you have provided (if we need to).
